Your tasks:
- Development and application of innovative approaches to unraveling cellular information processing via GPCR signaling networks.
- Development of next-generation biosensors for FLIM-based live-cell imaging.
- Establishment of workflows for proximity labeling, phosphoproteomics, and quantitative proteomics.
- Investigation and manipulation of signaling processes at the nanoscale using state-of-the-art microscopy and molecular pharmacology.
- Integration of imaging and proteomics datasets through bioinformatics and computer-aided analysis.
- Work in highly collaborative and international research environment.
Your offer:
- Ph.D. in biochemistry, biology, physics, bioinformatics, or a related field.
- In-depth expertise in fluorescence lifetime-microscopy (FLIM), mass spectrometry-based proteomics, bioinformatics, or a closely related discipline.
- Experience with cell cultures and cell-based assays.
- Demonstrated scientific creativity and independence through publications, methodological advances, or technical innovations.
- Interest in basic and translational biomedical research.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
