Associate researcher at the Department of applied and engineering chemistry, Faculty of Technology Novi Sad. Passionate about food and data science - developing methods for food authentication and food fraud detection, interested in proper nutrition and health benefits of foods and beverages. Enjoying international collaborations, multicultural working environments, pushing one's own boundaries and always willing to accept new challenges.
