Biografija
D. Kepić was born in 1985 in Zemun, Serbia. He obtained the Bachelor of Science degree at Faculty of Sciences, University of Novi Sad, Serbia in 2009 and Ph.D. degree at Faculty of Physical Chemistry, University of Belgrade, Serbia in 2013 (Thesis Title: Modification of single wall carbon nanotubes by electromagnetic radiation from the visible, infrared and microwave spectra). Dr. Dejan Kepić works in Vinča Institute of Nuclear Sciences in the Laboratory for radiation chemistry and physics ‘’Gamma’’ since 2009. His work is mainly focused on carbon nanomaterials, precisely on carbon nanotubes and graphene, as well as the preparation and characterization of graphene-based hybrid materials with noble metal nanoparticles. Dr. Dejan Kepić was doing postdoctoral research at the Institute of the Science of the Materials (ICMAB-CSIC) in Barcelona, Spain (2014Â2015 and 2019). Dr. Dejan Kepić participated in two national and four bilateral projects with Germany, Slovakia, Slovenia, and China (in the last two as a main coordinator), and one multilateral scientific and technological cooperation in the Danube region. He also was a participant in two COST Actions CA15107 (MultiComp) and CA19118.
