Formerly Fulbright Visiting Scholar at the University of Notre Dame and assistant professor at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, University of Belgrade.

Investigating enviromentally sustainable alternatives to traditional structural concretes, from reinforced and fibre reinforced concretes to functionally graded composites. Numerically modeling concrete structures' nonlinear behaviour with a focus on serviceability.

Trying to adopt as much of a multidisciplinary approach as possible in everything I do. Teamwork and innovation-oriented, using a result-based approach and highly motivated for complex tasks.

Convener of fib Task Group 4.7 and member of CEN/TC 250/SC 2/WG1.

My other passions are travel, languages and history.
